I finally have a concrete idea that I like I am just working on executing it into the final stages.
the 8.5 x 11 is not complete because the type solution is just a fill in for right now and the you deserve it on both layouts is going to be a different font. I feel like the 8.5 x 11 is somewhat empty so if there are any suggestions on that then let me have them! But maybe if the type is right there it won't look so empty.

All you need is a little more information on the ADS so we'll know where to go to Rest and Relax.
You might want to introduce some texture as well into areas (floor, walls, etc.) just to give the illustrations some visual difference.
